After being granted an out-of-time appeal, appellant filed a timely notice of appeal that, for reasons that are unclear, was not forwarded to this Court until June 16, 2022.
The reporter's record is overdue. We notified official court reporter Pamela Durke-Sweeney by postcard dated June 17, 2022 and directed her to file the reporter's record by July 17, 2022. To date, the reporter's record has not been filed and we have had no communication from Ms. Durke-Sweeney.
We ORDER official court reporter Pamela Durke-Sweeney to file the reporter's record in this appeal within TWENTY DAYS OF THE DATE OF THIS ORDER. The failure to file the reporter's record by that date may result in the Court taking whatever measures are necessary to ensure this appeal proceeds in a more timely fashion.
We also DIRECT the Clerk to transfer a copy of the November 23, 2021 electronic supplemental clerk's record filed in 05-20-00729-CR, styled Ex part Sanders, into this appeal.
We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to the Honorable Audrey Moorehead, Presiding Judge, County Criminal Court No. 3; official court reporter Pamela Durke-Sweeney, County Criminal Court No. 3; and to counsel for all parties.
