By letter dated March 20, 2024, we informed appellant his brief did not comply with rule 38.1 of the Texas Rules of Appellate Procedure. We directed appellant to file an amended brief that complied with the rules of appellate procedure within ten days. To date, appellant has not done so. Accordingly, we ORDER the appeal submitted on appellant's March 15, 2024 brief.
