This case was called from the calendar of the Court's Nashville, Tennessee trial session on October 16, 2023. Counsel for the petitioner and respondent appeared and were heard.

On October 16, 2023, during calendar call, counsel for the petitioner moved the Court for a continuance indicating that additional time was needed to reach a settlement or prepare for trial. Upon due consideration and for cause more fully appearing in the transcript of the proceeding, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's October 16, 2023, Oral Motion for Continuance is granted, and this case is continued. It is further

ORDERED that on or before December 15, 2023, the parties shall submit with the Court a joint status report stating the-then present status of the case. It is further

ORDERED that this case is assigned to Special Trial Judge Jennifer E. Siegel.
