ORDER

Albert G. Lauber Judge

On February 15, 2022, petitioner filed a Motion to Compel the Taking of Deposition of Stein Agee. We directed Mr. Agee to file a response to petitioner's motion to compel by March 21, 2022.

On March 16, 2022, attorney Richard A. Pelak filed an Entry of Appearance for Stein Agee. Because Mr. Agee is not a party in this case, we will strike Mr. Pelak's Entry of Appearance. Only lawyers for parties or intervenors may enter appearances in our Court. Mr. Agee may paper file his response to petitioner's motion to compel.

In consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that the Entry of Appearance filed March 16, 2022, at docket entry 87, is stricken from the record of this case. It is further

ORDERED that, in addition to regular service, the Clerk shall serve a copy of this Order on counsel for Stein Agee as follows:
