On December 1, 2021, respondent filed a motion for partial summary judgment in this case. We directed petitioner to respond to that motion by Jan uary 4, 2022. On December 22, 2021, petitioner requested additional time to file its response. We granted that motion, ordering petitioner to file its response by January 21, 2022. On January 19, 2022, petitioner filed another Motion for Extension of Time, requesting an additional week to file its response. Re spondent does not object to the granting of this Motion. In consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's Motion for Extension of Time, filed January 19, 2022, is granted in that the time within which petitioner shall respond to respondent's motion for partial summary judgment is extended to January 28, 2022.
