DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motion to dismiss appeal or, in the alternative, for an extension of time in which respondent may file objections to the Record on Appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and application, and the papers having been filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeal is denied, without costs, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time in which respondent may file objections to the Record on Appeal is granted, without costs, and time extended 20 days beyond the date of this order, and it is further

ORDERED that the application for an extension of time to perfect the appeal is granted, without costs, and the time to perfect the appeal is extended to December 23, 2016.
