MEMORANDUM OPINION

In two letters dated July 21, 2003, the Court directed Carlos Sanchez to pay the $ 125 filing fee and file the docketing statement for this appeal. The letters warned appellant that failure to comply within ten days of the date of the letters would result in dismissal of the appeal without further notice. By letter dated July 28, 2003, the Court notified Carlos Sanchez that his notice of appeal was defective and directed him to file an amended notice of appeal within ten days of the date of the letter. The letter warned appellant that failure to comply would result in dismissal of the appeal.
