This case is presently calendared for an in-person trial at the session of the Court scheduled to commence on Monday, May 2, 2022, in San Diego, California.

On April 6, 2022, respondent filed a Status Report. In that report, respondent represented that counsel for petitioner, Robert B. Martin, Jr., passed away on November 26, 2021, and attached thereto a copy of the Death Notice for Mr. Martin.

Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that Robert B. Martin Jr., is hereby withdrawn as counsel for petitioner in this case.
