Adrian L. Sanchez & Jenal C. Valdez Petitioners v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue Respondent

ORDER

Maurice B. Foley, Chief Judge

On March 17, 2022, the parties filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision for the Court's consideration. However, upon review of that filing, the Court notes that the caption on the proposed decision document does not match the caption of this case. Moreover, the proposed decision document appears to include a critical typographical error, identifying "taxable year 209" as the year for which there is a deficiency in income tax. In view of the foregoing, the Court is unable to process the parties' Proposed Stipulated Decision.

Accordingly, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the parties' Proposed Stipulated Decision, filed March 17, 2022, is hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before April 18, 2022, the parties shall file a revised proposed stipulated decision.
