On November 2, 2021, petitioner filed an unopposed Motion for Continuance (Doc. 30). On November 17, 2021, this case was called from the calendar during the Court's Dallas, Texas, remote trial session. Counsel for respondent appeared and was heard. Respondent requested additional time for the parties to complete computations and to file a stipulated decision document. Upon due consideration, and for reasons appearing more fully in the transcript of the proceedings, it is hereby

ORDERED that petitioner's Motion for Continuance is denied as moot. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before February 15, 2022, the parties shall file with the Court either a joint report (or, if that is not expedient, then separate reports) describing the status of the case or a stipulated decision document. It is further

ORDERED that the undersigned judge retains jurisdiction of this case. 1
