On January 11, 2024, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that respondent's motion is assigned to Special Trial Judge Jennifer E. Siegel for disposition. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's motion is calendared for a hearing at the remote session of the Court scheduled to commence on November 4, 2024. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall also serve on the parties a Notice of Remote Proceeding that shall contain comprehensive instructions on how to participate in the above-referenced remote proceeding.
