By Order served September 12, 2023, this case was stricken for trial from the Court's September 25, 2023, San Francisco, California, trial calendar, jurisdiction was retained by the undersigned and the Court directed the parties to submit settlement documents on or before November 27, 2023. On November 27, 2023, the parties filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision.

The Petition to commence this case was filed on August 22, 2022. Petitioner disputes respondent's determination for the 2020 tax year. On October 21, 2022, respondent filed the Answer in this case. Further review of the record reveals that a complete copy of the notice of deficiency issued to petitioner for tax year 2020 was not attached to the petition or the answer. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before December 22, 2023, respondent shall file a response to this Order attaching thereto the Notice of Deficiency issued to petitioner for tax year 2020.
