ORDER
Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge.
On January 31, 2023, respondent filed a Status Report, attaching thereto a response written on behalf of petitioner to the Court's Order to Show Cause, issued December 12, 2022, and erroneously sent to the Internal Revenue Service, rather than to this Court. That response is signed not by petitioner, but by an enrolled agent representing petitioner. The enrolled agent does not appear to be admitted to practice before this Court, however, and thus cannot represent petitioner in this case.
Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is
ORDERED that the response filed on behalf of petitioner attached to respondent's Status Report, filed January 31, 2023, is deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case. It is further
ORDERED that the due date for petitioner to respond to the Court's above-described Order to Show Cause is extended to February 24, 2023. That response must be signed by petitioner or by an individual admitted to practice before this Court.
