Having considered Defendant and Counterclaimant GE Transportation Systems Global Signaling, LLC ("GETS") Administrative Motion to Seal portions of its Motion for Partial Summary Judgment and Summary Adjudication ("Motion for Summary Judgment") and Exhibits I, J, K, N, O, and P pursuant to Civil Local Rules 7-11 and 79-5, the COURT HEREBY ORDERS AS FOLLOWS:
