DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION (Claim No. 126051.)

Motion for extension of time to perfect appeal and for permission to file handwritten brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to perfect the appeal is granted, without costs, the dismissal of the appeal is vacated (see 22 NYCRR 1250.10 [c]), and the time is extended to September 18, 2019, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for permission to file a handwritten brief is granted, without costs, to the extent that the appeal may be perfected upon one copy of a record on appeal and one signed original and five copies of a handwritten brief and appendix or six copies of a record on appeal and one signed original and five copies of a handwritten brief.
