ORDER

Before the Court is appellant's May 28, 2020 third motion to extend the time to file his pro se response to counsel's Anders brief and request for a sealed record. We GRANT the motion to the extent we order appellant's pro se response filed by August 28, 2020. The Court will not further extend appellant's response. If appellant does not file his response by August 28, 2020, the Court will submit the appeal without a pro se response.

The Court DENIES appellant's request for a copy of the sealed record filed in this case.

We DIRECT the Clerk to transmit a copy of this order by electronic transmission to counsel for the parties.

We further DIRECT the Clerk to send a copy of this order, by first class mail, to Brandon Charles Sampson; TDCJ No. 02287033; Coffield Unit; 2661 FM 2054; Tennessee Colony, Texas 75884-5000.
