On April 15, 2022, respondent filed a status report in the above-docketed matter. In the report, respondent indicated that, on November 23, 2021, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Michigan entered an order of discharge in petitioners' bankruptcy case and, on February 8, 2022, closed the case. Respondent attached to the report a copy of the Bankruptcy Court's Case Summary reflecting the discharge and closure. The premises considered, it is
