Order modified, on the law, by striking therefrom the third decretal paragraph, and, as so modified, affirmed, without costs. Plaintiff is entitled to specific performance rather than to damages in lieu thereof. No opinion. Reynolds, J.P., Staley, Jr., Greenblott, Cooke and Sweeney, JJ., concur.
