Upon due consideration of respondent's Motion to Compel Production of Documents and Motion to Compel Responses to Interrogatories, each filed May 2, 2017, and petitioner's failure to respond as directed by the Court's Orders issued May 5, 2017, and July 13, 2022, it is

ORDERED that so much of respondent's Motion to Compel Production of Documents as seeks an order directing petitioner to produce the documents requested is granted and petitioner is directed to produce the requested documents on or before March 2, 2023. It is further

ORDERED that so much of respondent's Motion to Compel Production of Documents as seeks a sanction is denied, without prejudice. It is further

ORDERED that so much of respondent's Motion to Compel Responses to Interrogatories as seeks an order directing petitioner to respond to the interrogatories is granted, and petitioner is directed to respond to the interrogatories on or before March 2, 2023. It is further

ORDERED that so much of respondent's Motion to Compel Responses to Interrogatories as seeks a sanction is denied, without prejudice.
