ORDER

It is ORDERED that the motion for leave to appeal is granted, and the matter is summarily remanded to the Superior Court, Law Division for in camera review of the Union County Prosecutor's Office's internal affairs investigation file on the City of Elizabeth Police Department's former director, James Cosgrove, following which, the court shall balance the need for confidentiality against the need for disclosure. Jurisdiction is not retained.
