Petitioner-respondent having moved for relief in the nature of quashing the decision and order of this Court, entered on March 17, 2016 (Appeal No. 24), Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the instant motion is deemed one for reargument of the aforesaid order of this Court, and as such, is denied.
