ORDER

This case is scheduled for trial at the remote trial session of the Court scheduled to commence at Tampa, Florida on February 7, 2022. On January 18, 2022, respondent filed a Status Report and advised that a basis for settlement has been reached. The report further states that petitioner's counsel concurs, but the parties require additional time to prepare a proposed stipulated decision document. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the above-referenced trial session, and the parties are excused from appearing at the calendar call on February 7, 2022. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before February 18, 2022, the parties shall electronically file a proposed stipulated decision or status report (preferably a joint report) to inform the Court of the then-present status of this case. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by the undersigned.
