This case was called from the calendar for the remote Trial Session of the Court in Las Vegas, NV on December 6, 2021. There was no appearance by or on behalf of petitioner. Counsel for respondent appeared and orally moved for a continuance in this case. Upon due consideration and for cause more fully appearing in the transcript of the proceedings, it is

ORDERED that respondent's counsel's oral motion for continuance is granted and this case is continued. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before January 5, 2022, the parties shall file a joint status report reflecting the then-present status of this case. The joint status report shall explain in detail the parties' efforts to prepare the case for trial on December 6, 2021, to narrow the issues for trial, and/or to settle the case. It is further
