ORDER GRANTING PLAINTIFF'S MOTION FOR LEAVE TO FILE CONSOLIDATED OVERLENGTH REPLY MEMORANDA


Having reviewed plaintiff Salt Lake Tribune Publishing Company, LLC's Motion for Leave to File Consolidated Overlength Reply Memoranda, and good cause appearing therefor,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that plaintiff may file (1) a consolidated reply memorandum of approximate 25 pages of legal argument on its Motion for Partial Summary Judgment Declaring Its Right to Receive at Closing All Tribune Assets Except the NAC Stock, and (2) a consolidated reply memorandum of approximately 15 pages of legal argument on its Motion to Vacate Certain Orders of this Court in Light of the Recent Decision of the Tenth Circuit.
