Respondent-respondent having applied for permission to proceed as a poor person and for assignment of counsel on the appeal taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Oneida County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on July 30, 2013,

Now, upon reading and filing the certification of Gerald J. Pasqualetti, Esq., dated January 20, 2014, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the application is granted, and

It is further ORDERED that Cara A. Waldman, Esq., PO Box 1701, Fairport, New York 14450, is hereby assigned as counsel for respondent-respondent herein and may submit ten copies of respondent's brief reproduced in accordance with CPLR 5529, and

It is further ORDERED that respondent-respondent submit ten copies of her brief to the Court, together with proof of service, on or before February 24, 2014, and the Clerk is directed to accept said briefs for filing.
