Nancy J. Koppe United States Magistrate Judge

The parties, through their respective counsel, hereby stipulate and agree that the abovecaptioned case be reversed and remanded to the Commissioner of Social Security for a new hearing before an Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) and a new decision in regard to Plaintiff's applications for disability insurance benefits and Supplemental Security Income benefits under Titles II and XVI of the Social Security Act. As this case was previously remanded to the same AL J, the Appeals Council will direct that, upon remand, this case be assigned to another ALJ.
