Appeal from the Criminal District Court No. 7 of Dallas County, Texas (TC# F-1222231-Y) ORDER

The Court GRANTS the Honorable Michael Snipes' Motion for Extension of Time to File Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law in reference to this Court's order of September 10, 2014. The record of such hearing, including any orders and findings of the trial judge, shall be certified and forwarded to this office on or before December 19, 2014.

Further, according to the copy of the trial court findings provided by the Honorable Michael Snipes, the Appellant's brief could be filed with this Court within a couple of days. Therefore, Appellant's brief shall be due in this Court no later than December 19, 2014.

IT IS SO ORDERED this 12th day of December, 2014.
