Appeal from Criminal District Court No. 7 of Dallas County, Texas (TC# F-1222231-Y)

ORDER

On September 10, 2014, the Court issued an order to the trial court to conduct a hearing to determine why counsel has not filed a brief on behalf of the Appellant. The order also required that the transcription of the hearing and any orders or findings of the court were to be filed by October 10, 2014. As of this date, the hearing has not been held. The trial court is ORDERED to conduct the hearing and comply with the requirements of our prior order on or before November 23, 2014. The trial court is further directed to file its written findings and orders, if any, with the trial court clerk within 5 days after the hearing, and the trial court clerk is directed to prepare a supplemental clerk's record and file same with this Court on or before December 3, 2014. The record of the hearing shall be certified and forwarded to this Court on or before December 3, 2014.
