This case is calendared for trial at the Court's April 17, 2023, Dallas, Texas Trial Session.

On March 6, 2023, docket entry 11, the parties filed with the Court a Proposed Stipulated Decision for the Court's review. The Proposed Stipulated Decision is inaccurate, and therefore the Court will strike this document.

On March 20, 2023, docket entry 12, the parties filed anew a Proposed Stipulated Decision for the Court's review. This document is correct, and the Court will accept and enter this Proposed Stipulated Decision, docket entry 12.

After due consideration, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the parties' Proposed Stipulated Decision, filed March 6, 2023, docket entry 11, is hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case.
