ORDER

LEWIS A. KAPLAN, District Judge.

Plaintiff's motion for partial summary judgment on liability is denied. Plaintiff failed to comply with S.D.N.Y. Rule 56.1. In addition, there plainly would be genuine issues of material fact as to relative fault even if plaintiff were correct that the record establishes negligence by the defendants.
