Appeal, No. 74, Jan. T., 1975, from order of Commonwealth Court, No. 1163 C.D. 1974, in re nomination paper of Bernard Salera for candidate for office of member of Congress for the First Congressional District representing the Labor Party. Order of Commonwealth Court vacated and record remanded.
