SALEM UNITED METHODIST CHURCH OF CEDAR RAPIDS, IOWA, Plaintiff–Appellee, v. CHURCH MUTUAL INSURANCE COMPANY, Defendant–Appellant.

Appeal from the Iowa District Court for Linn County, Ian K. Thornhill, Judge. An insurer contends the district court improperly construed clear and unambiguous exclusions in the policy and erred in attempting to harmonize the jury's answers to the special verdict form.
