On March 30, 2022, respondent filed status report which states that respondent believes this case can be resolved administratively, however, respondent needs more time to coordinate with the National Office.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that on or before May 30, 2022, the parties shall file a joint status report (or separate reports, if preferred) either informing the Court that the parties have reached a basis for settlement or setting forth the issues remaining for trial and recommending a schedule for further proceedings in this case.
