Upon due consideration of respondent's status report filed on November 29, 2021, in which it requests an additional 60 days, until January 28, 2021, to file a joint status report (or separate reports, if necessary) informing the Court that the parties have either reached a basis for settlement or setting forth the issues remaining for trial and recommending a schedule for further proceedings in this case, it is

ORDERED that on or before January 28, 2022, the parties shall file a joint status report (or separate reports, if necessary) informing the Court whether the parties have reached a basis for settlement or setting forth the issues remaining for trial and recommending a schedule for further proceedings.
