ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan Chief Judge.

On July 8, 2024, respondent filed a Motion for Document Subpoena Hearing. By Order served on the same date, the Court granted respondent's Motion and scheduled this case for hearing at a Washington, D.C., special hearing session of the Court to be conducted remotely at 1:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) on Wednesday, August 28, 2024.

On July 30, 2024, respondent filed a status report in which respondent states that the third party has complied with the subpoena and the hearing scheduled for August 28, 2024, is not necessary.

For cause, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the special hearing session of the Court scheduled to commence on Wednesday, August 28, 2024, at 1:00 p.m. (Eastern Time). It is further

ORDERED that respondent shall notify the third party that participation in the Court's remote proceedings scheduled for August 28, 2024, is no longer necessary.
