SPENCER ASHBY SALE, Appellant v. THE STATE OF TEXAS, Appellee

On Appeal from the 204th Judicial District Court Dallas County, Texas
Trial Court Cause No. F-1045686-Q

ORDER

We REINSTATE this appeal.

By order dated May 9, 2016, we abated this case for findings regarding whether appellant desired to prosecute the appeal and if so, why the reporter's record had not been filed. In the interim, the court reporter filed a motion for extension of time to file the record and appellate counsel notified the Court he was representing appellant. In light of these communications, we conclude findings are no longer necessary. We VACATE our May 9, 2016 order.

We GRANT court reporter Debi Harris's May 10, 2016 motion to extend time to file the reporter's record and ORDER she file the record no later than June 24, 2016.

Appellant's brief is due THIRTY DAYS after the reporter's record is filed.
