In an action to recover on a promissory note, plaintiff appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated April 19, 1960, and entered in Orange County on April 25, 1960, which denies her motion for summary judgment under rule 113 of the Rules of Civil Practice. Order affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. No opinion. Nolan, P.J., Beldock, Kleinfeld, Pette and Brennan, JJ., concur.
