ORDER

Pending before the court are Appellant's Motion to Supplement Appellate Record with Documents Disclosed by State on October 11, 2017 and to File Same Under Seal and Appellant's Motion to Supplement Appellate Record with Complete Copy of Officer Dash-Cam DVD Entered into Evidence as State's Exhibit 1. Appellant has provided the court with the documents and video referenced in his motions.

By order dated December 29, 2017, both parties were ordered to respond to the concerns raised in that order regarding appellant's requests to supplement the record. Both the appellant and the State have filed written responses. In order to allow the submission panel to resolve the issue of whether to allow the supplementation, the motions will be CARRIED WITH THE APPEAL. The State's brief in response to appellant's amended brief must be filed no later than thirty days from the date of this order.
