ORDER

Before the Court is the State's November 9, 2020 motion for extension of time to file its brief and its November 10, 2020 letter to the court reporter regarding missing portions of the reporter's record.

We ORDER court reporter Sharina Fowler to file a supplemental reporter's record of the September 20, 2019 hearing on the motion to suppress along with all exhibits offered and admitted at the hearing WITHIN FIFTEEN DAYS of the date of this order.

We defer ruling on the State's extension motion until Ms. Fowler files the supplemental reporter's record.

We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to the Honorable Pam Luther, Presiding Judge, County Criminal Court of Appeals No. 2; Sharina Fowler, court reporter, County Criminal Court of Appeals No. 2; and to counsel for all parties.
