The petition for review is granted. Further action in this matter is deferred pending consideration and disposition of Williams v. Superior Court, S227228 (see Cal. Rules of Court, rule 8.512(d)(2)), or pending further order of the court. Submission of additional briefing, pursuant to California Rules of Court, rule 8.520, is deferred pending further order of the court.

Pending final determination of the petition for review filed herein, all proceedings in Los Angeles County Superior Court, case no. NC059998, entitled Gonzalo Salazar, et al. v. Intermodal Bridge Transport, Inc., et al., including but not limited to the December 15, 2016, Order on Discovery Motions Concerning Driver Contact Information, are hereby stayed.
