ORDER

REBECA C. MARTINEZ JUDGE

On October 18, 2023, we ordered appellant to file by November 2, 2023, a response presenting a reasonable explanation for failing to file a notice of appeal in a timely manner. On October 24, 2023, appellant requested an extension of the time to respond until December 4, 2023. We GRANT appellant's request and ORDER the time to respond extended until December 4, 2023. If appellant fails to respond within the time provided, the appeal will be dismissed. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.3(c). All other appellate deadlines are suspended until further order of this court.
