The cases at docket Nos. 25776-18 and 22726-19 are calendared for trial at the Court's October 25, 2021, Denver, CO, remote trial session. The cases at docket Nos. 14909-20 and 14992-20 are in the general docket.

On September 16, 2021, petitioners filed unopposed motions for continuance, at docket Nos. 25776-18 and 22726-19, seeking to have those two cases restored to the general docket. On September 16, 2021, petitioners further filed unopposed motions to consolidate in respect of all four docketed cases. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that petitioners' motions for continuance filed at docket Nos. 25776-18 and 22726-19 on September 16, 2021, are granted in that those two cases are stricken for trial at the Court's October 25, 2021, Denver, CO, remote trial session and are restored to the general docket. It is further

ORDERED that petitioners' motions to consolidate filed in respect of the four docketed cases on September 16, 2021, are denied without prejudice.
