ORDER

On August 10, 2017, this court issued an order abating the appeal and directing the trial court to conduct a hearing to determine why appellant had not filed a brief.

On August 14, 2017, appellant filed a motion to reinstate the appeal because appellant filed a brief the same day.

The motion is granted. Our order of August 10, 2017, is withdrawn. The appeal is reinstated. The State's brief is due September 13, 2017.
