On July 11, 2023, the parties filed two settlement stipulations (Docket Index Nos. 13 and 14) and two proposed stipulated decisions (Docket Index Nos. 15 and 16). In addition, the date of the mailing of the notice of deficiency included in the settlement stipulations is incorrect
Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is, ORDERED that the above-referenced settlement stipulations (Docket Index Nos. 13 and 14) and the proposed stipulated decisions (Docket Index Nos. 15 and 16) are stricken from the Court's record in this case. It is further
ORDERED that, on or before August 11, 2023, the parties shall file revised decision documents for the Court's consideration.
