ORDER OF DISMISSAL


On June 2, 2004, the Court issued an Order to Show Cause Why this Case Should Not be Dismissed. In that Order, the Court gave notice to the plaintiffs that the case would be dismissed unless plaintiffs responded within ten days objecting to dismissal. Plaintiffs did not file any response to the Order in the time given. Therefore, it is

ORDERED that this case is DISMISSED as to all parties, without prejudice.
