An appeal having been taken to this Court from the order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about July 13, 2018, and said appeal having been perfected, And plaintiff having moved for a stay of trial and pre-trial proceedings pending hearing and determination of the aforesaid appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is denied. Sua sponte, it is ordered that the appeal be maintained on this Court's calendar for the February 2019 Term.
