This case for the redeterminations of deficiencies, set for trial during the Chicago, Illinois, trial session scheduled to begin in that city on February 26, 2024, is now before the Court on (1) respondent's Motion to Compel Production of Documents, and (2) respondent's Motion to Compel Answers to Interrogatories, both filed January 11, 2024. Giving due regard to the representations contained in the motions, it is

ORDERED that both motions are set for hearing at the place shown in the Order, served October 16, 2023, at a time and date certain of 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 27, 2024. It is further

ORDERED that the parties are excused from appearing on Monday, February 26, 2024. It is further

ORDERED that in addition to regular service on the parties, the Clerk of the Court serve a copy of this Order on petitioner at 9229 N. Willow Lane, Niles, IL 60714-1339.

Petitioner is expected to appear for the hearing.
