Plaintiff-appellant having renewed her motion (See M-2021-01189, entered May 11, 2021) for leave to prosecute, as a poor person, the appeal taken to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about October 07, 2020, for leave to have the appeal heard on the original record and upon a reproduced appellant's brief, and for other relief, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is denied, with leave to renew one additional time, upon plaintiff's submission of proper papers, pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.4, including an affidavit, signed and notarized by her, establishing her indigency, including the amount and sources of her income and property.
