This case is scheduled for trial at the Court's session in Detroit beginning September 6, 2022. On August 16, 2022, the Commissioner filed a status report stating: "The parties have reached a settlement in this case, and a trial will not be necessary. On April 28, 2022 [i.e., four months ago], a decision document was sent to the taxpayers for their signatures." It appears that in the two weeks since the filing of the status report, neither party has made any filing in this case, and the trial is set to begin five calendar days from now. It is

ORDERED that, no later than September 2, 2022, the parties shall file a proposed stipulated decision or another appropriate filing.
