This case is calendared for trial at the Court's Dallas, Texas Trial Session set to commence on October 24, 2022.

On August 10, 2022, the parties filed with the Court a Joint Motion for Continuance of Trial. The parties informed the Court that they are working with the IRS Independent Office of Appeals in order to either settle this case or narrow the issues for trial, and request a general continuance.

Upon due consideration, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the parties' Joint Motion for Continuance of Trial, filed August 10, 2022, is granted in that this case is stricken for trial from the Court's October 24, 2022, Dallas, Texas calendar, continued and restored to the general docket.
